How To Place an Online Order
1) Find The Photo(s) You Want:
Each gallery contains many individual images, shown as thumbnail-sized images. When you find a photo or product that is of interest to you, click on that thumbnail image to see a larger view of that image, information about the photo, and to see the available product sizes and prices. Be sure to scroll through the multiple pages in the photo galleries!
2) Select Your Product Choices:
Click where it says "click and scroll to see purchase options" on the "Purchase This Item" size/price drop down menu to see available sizes and to select the quantity and size of the item you would like to purchase. Click the "Add to Cart" button after you have selected the quantity and item you'd like from the size/price menu.
3) Fill-out the Checkout Form
Special Requests/Questions
There is a "Comments/requests" box where you can write comments or ask questions on the "Checkout" page. For order-related comments and questions that need to be communicated before placing the order, contact Alison here.
Gift Orders
Orders may be shipped directly to gift recipients at a "Shipping" address that is different than the "Billing" address. If you'd like a complementary gift card enclosed with the order going to a gift recipient, write your message in the "Gift Message" box.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Items in one order may be shipped to multiple addresses. On the Checkout page after the billing/shipping info and gift message box, click on the box "Check here to send to multiple addresses". 5 additional empty shipping info boxes open, allowing you to fill out names, addresses, and gift messages (if desired). ***Please note in the "Comments/Requests" box which order items you want to go to which recipients. If we have questions, we'll contact you.
Tax Exempt Orders
If a valid Tax Exempt Number is provided, Idaho state sales tax will not be charged to this order. You may be contacted by Alison Meyer Photography to verify your tax exempt status prior to your order's delivery.
Delivery Times and Methods
Hundreds of photographs are in stock at once, so your order may be delivered very soon after it is received. Puzzles and calendars usually ship within 1-2 business days of your order placement. Most other orders are shipped within 7-10 days, but rarely, some orders for custom items that are not currently in stock may take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Contact Alison if you have questions regarding turnaround times.
Most smaller sized orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, and Fed-Ex is usually used for larger shipments, or when requested. A notice of delivery will be sent to the email address on the order when the order ships. Calendars are shipped via US First Class mail, until just before the holidays when US Priority Mail is used.
Orders using Deferred Shipping may take longer to accommodate, due to the need for special arrangements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the packaged
item, delivered to the shipping address zip code entered on the online checkout order form.
You can check your shipping total before you are committed to purchasing by filling out the order form with shipping address, without submitting the order.
There is a $5.00 minimum shipping cost.
***Please note that it is difficult to predetermine the correct shipping cost for all items. If you are charged for shipping that is significantly higher than the actual cost of shipping, you will be refunded the difference.
Payment Options
US customers may pay by PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, check, or money order. Information regarding where to mail check or money order payments is provided when you fill out your online order form.
This site utilizes 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, the industry standard in securely transferring confidential information via the internet. A closed padlock icon in the URL address bar indicates that your transmission is encrypted and that you are transferring information only with the address shown in the URL.

Return Policies
Most purchases may be returned for a full refund or may be exchanged for other items of equal value if returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns are accepted for undamaged items only, unless the order was damaged during shipment to you. Custom orders (with large pieces especially) may not be returnable.
Please contact us prior to returning any orders using this form.
Refunds on purchases made by credit card will be credited directly to your credit card account upon our receipt of your returned order. For purchases made by check or money order, refunds will be made by check mailed to you upon receipt of your returned order.
If you return an order, the original shipping costs for the order and for its return to us are not refundable. If your order was damaged during shipping to you, we will reimburse you for return shipping of the damaged order and will pay for shipment of a replacement order to you.
Please return your orders using a carrier that can track your package.
