The Palouse is a region of the Inland Northwest encompassing southeastern Washington and the west side of the central Idaho panhandle, and which, in some definitions, includes parts of northeast Oregon. In the heart of the Palouse region, gracefully undulating hills are blanketed with a patchwork of colorful crops and dotted with small farm towns, buttes, and pioneer homesteads, making the Palouse an ever-changing and inspiring photographic subject.
